Protochips in Prague
Given the imminent opening of an office in Berlin and the desire to connect with customers, Protochips decided the time was right to execute an event in Europe. So, during the first week in March, a team of marketing, sales and customer success personnel headed to the beautiful city of Prague.
Eighteen customers from seven countries joined the Protochips team in the Grand Majestic Plaza Hotel located in historic Old Town. Once all of the players were assembled two full days of education, collaboration, and even a little relaxation, ensued. Highlights included presentations from leading scientists in the field of in-situ TEM research, a discussion panel of experts, and the opportunity to connect with Protochips’ own founder and CEO David Nackashi. Additionally, customers and team members were able to relax and socialize during a traditional Czech dinner at U Mecenase. Dinner was enjoyed in the 800 year old cellar while a local musician played acoustic guitar.
Feedback was positive and customers have requested to meet yearly in similar fashion. Conversely, the Protochips team was able to learn from our customers how they are using our products and also how to better serve their needs. Overall, the event was a grand success!
