How do we implement FAIR?
AXON is a machine vision software platform with modular expansion for the TEM. The software enables data collection and communication with the TEM and imaging systems, electron dose management, and large data set processing for reports and publication both inside and outside of the lab. AXON provides a solution to help science return to a high level of rigor and reproducibility, and greatly enhances the productivity of scientific communication and collaborations.
How does it work?
AXON collects, records, and indexes all metadata, allowing for a transparency that has never existed before. Indexed metadata enables tools like filters to be used to find and access the most important parts of the data, share them along with the publication, and find them again in the future when needed.
