The New and Improved Success Community is Live!

We are excited to announce the launch of our newly improved Success Community platform!

The Success Community is a user-friendly, interactive online repository for Protochips customers that can be accessed 24/7, rich with educational information and product support resources that streamline training on our in-situ TEM systems and in-situ TEM as a technique. With the goal of giving you more autonomy to find the information you need when you need it, we have completely revamped the site by:

☑️ Reorganizing the content into an intuitive layout

☑️ Making all content within articles searchable so you can find the most relevant articles quickly

☑️ Expanding the framework to support multimedia content, such as videos, to demonstrate nuanced concepts better

☑️ Incorporating applications-focused material such as webinars, curated bibliographies, user-created Flash Talks, and more!

If you are a Protochips customer, you can access the Success Community anytime! Visit success.protochips.com and log in with your username and password.

Please send any questions to support@protochips.com, and we will be happy to help! Welcome to Success!
