Just like the evolution from black-and-white to color televisions, you can now visualize the electron dose in beautiful color! Using AXON Dose, dose data is saved on a pixel basis, so no matter where you (or your sample) moves, the AXON dose module will remember how much dose was applied to that area. Here you see dose layers turned on while in STEM mode during an Atmosphere gas cell experiment, where purple indicates very high doses applied and yellow indicates lower doses. You also see use of the low-mag Dose Atlas (right) that makes it easy to visualize where on the stage you have already been, and allows you to simply double-click to move to a new, undosed area.
