Holder

The Atmosphere holder has inlet and outlet quick connect gas lines, an electrical connector and its tip is engineered for self-centering E-chips, quick assembly and EDS maximum throughput.

E-chips for different purposes

E-chips are the core of the Atmosphere holder, where the experiment is conducted. Atmosphere E-chips are available in different designs to maximize TEM or STEM performance and their geometry is universally compatible with multiple microscope brands. Atmosphere assembly requires two E-chips, both of which come in a variety of configurations. Temperature accuracy and delamination-free operation are guaranteed by Silicon Carbide Protochips exclusive heating MEMS technology.

Clarity Software Suite

Utilizing a workflow-driven interface, Clarity software runs and controls all heating and biasing Protochips products, including Fusion, Atmosphere and Poseidon Select with liquid heating. its simplicity enables real-time sample control without encumbering your workspace.
