AXON University is a four-week online course designed for first-time and novice AXON users working with TEM. Participants will learn how AXON Synchronicity and Studio connect microscope data and metadata, streamline data management, and support efficient data review and analysis. Designed for both conventional and in situ TEM workflows, the course provides a practical foundation for using AXON from data acquisition through analysis.

The Korean Society of Microscopy (KSM) Annual Fall Conference 2026 will bring together researchers, scientists, and industry professionals in November 2026 to showcase the latest advances in microscopy, imaging technologies, and materials and life sciences. The meeting provides a platform for scientific presentations, poster sessions, networking, and discussions on emerging microscopy techniques and their applications across academia and industry.

A 2-day workshop aimed at current and potential users of in situ sample environments for TEM and X-ray Nanoprobe techniques. The talks and discussions will highlight the practicalities and experimental considerations of these studies and of working with in situ cells. In addition, the ‘hands on’ practical workshop sessions will allow attendees to see the in situ sample environments in action, with demonstrations across TEM and X-ray nanoprobe studies.

FEMMS (Frontiers of Electron Microscopy and Materials Science) is a biennial meeting focused on the application of electron microscopy, primarily TEM, in materials science. The conference series arose to satisfy the requirements of the electron microscopy community working on materials science problems, which grew explosively in the late 1980’s and has expanded to researchers working with analytical periphery, novel instrumentation, tomography, operando and correlative microscopy, and advancing into the domain of ultrafast time-resolved microscopy. Traditionally, FEMMS brings together approximately 40 invited speakers plus one distinguished lecturer that are world-renowned experts, principal investigators and project leaders, to present their latest advances in the field of electron microscopy in the materials sciences.
