Understand how AXON connects microscope data and metadata from acquisition through analysis.

Working with Your TEM Data
Learn how to work with your TEM data using core AXON features in the lab and at your desk.
Goals
- Navigate core AXON features such as tagging, drift and filtering in the lab and office.
- Distinguish workflows for conventional and in situ TEM.
WEEK 3: NOV 5 - 15H00 CEST
Cross-Correlation of TEM Data
Connect experimental conditions, metadata and sample response to better understand your data.
Goals
- Basic troubleshooting with AXON.
- Revisit of past three sessions in the form of a quiz.
- Identify resources for continued learning and support.
week 4: nov 12 - 15h00 cest
System Management
Build confidence using AXON independently and know where to turn when you need help.

- Apply basic troubleshooting
- Test your knowledge with an interactive quiz
